XBInsight offers a seamless integration with ADP Workforce Now®, streamlining the assessment and hiring process within your existing workflow.
The integration continuously monitors for participants placed in the designated status. Once identified, XBInsight automatically sends an assessment invitation via email. Participants complete the assessment through a secure link, and upon completion, their results, including a job fit score and a direct link to the detailed report are posted back into the participant’s record in ADP Workforce Now. This real-time data exchange enables organizations to make faster, more informed decisions with no disruption to their current process.
